Used when someone does something without worrying about something they would normally care about, such as other people's eyes or potential problems.

Indicates that an action is performed with a lack of concern for potentially inhibiting factors like weather, social norms (人目), or danger. It often implies that the subject is so focused on their goal that they ignore everything else, or that they are behaving recklessly. It connects to nouns or to verbs via the nominalizer 'no'.
