もしも〜たら

Meaning
Used to emphasize a hypothetical situation, often one that is unlikely to happen or contrary to fact. It is frequently paired with conditional forms like '~tara' or '~nara'.
Note
'もしも' is a more emphatic and formal version of 'もし'. It is often used to introduce a strong hypothesis or a 'what if' scenario.
Examples
もしも宝くじが当たったら、世界一周旅行に行きたい。
If I were to win the lottery, I would want to go on a trip around the world.
もしも明日雨が降ったら、試合は中止になります。
If it rains tomorrow, the match will be cancelled.
もしも試験が難しかったら、合格できないかもしれない。
If the exam is difficult, I might not be able to pass.
