Meaning
Indicates a strong purpose or intention to achieve a specific goal. It is often used for something that requires great effort or determination.
Note
A highly formal and literary expression, often appearing in literature, formal speeches, or academic writing. It indicates a strong, deliberate purpose behind a significant action. It is much more formal than 'tame-ni'. The structure is based on classical Japanese, using the negative stem (mizenkei) followed by 'n'. For the verb 'suru', it becomes 'sen ga tame ni'.
