Meaning
Used to express a judgement or evaluation from the standpoint of a person or organization. It is followed by content that expresses an opinion, value, or state.
Note
Used to express an evaluation or judgment from a certain standpoint. Unlike 'ni taishite' (which shows a target), 'ni totte' shows a perspective.
