Meaning
Expresses that action X occurs before action Y. Usually implies that X must be completed as a prerequisite for Y to happen.
Note
Indicates a sequence of actions where one is completed before the next begins. Compared to 'V-ta ato de', 'te-kara' often implies that the first action is a necessary prerequisite or that the second action follows immediately.
