Indicates that the speaker's feelings or hopes are extremely strong and continuous over a long period.
Note
A formal and literary expression. Often used in speeches or formal writing, and frequently paired with verbs related to emotion, hope, or prayer, such as 'negau' (wish), 'inoru' (pray), 'kitai-suru' (expect), or 'shinjiru' (believe).
