An attendant or companion; someone (or something) who accompanies another. Can be used with the verb 'to accompany' (お供する).
子どもを病院に連れて行くときは、いつもお供します。
I always accompany the child when taking them to the hospital.
神社にお供えをしてお参りした。
I offered an offering at the shrine and paid my respects.
彼は部長のお供として会議に出席した。
He attended the meeting as the manager's companion/attendant.
