The 'wa' column of the Japanese syllabary. In modern Japanese it mainly consists of 'わ' and 'を'; historically it also included 'ゐ' and 'ゑ'.
ひらがなのわ行は通常「わ、を」だけが現代で使われる。
The hiragana wa-row usually uses only 'わ' and 'を' in modern usage.
古典文学ではわ行の「ゐ」「ゑ」が見られることがある。
In classical literature you can sometimes see 'ゐ' and 'ゑ' from the wa-row.
五十音表の一番下にわ行がある。
The wa-row is at the very bottom of the gojūon table.
