(Archaic) to behave charmingly or walk merrily. This usage is literary/obsolete and rarely used in modern Japanese.
（古文）女は笑ひてぬめりて通ひけり。
(Classical) The woman laughed and walked by with a charming air.
この意味は現代語ではほとんど使われないが、古い随筆にぬめるの表現が見られる。
This meaning is hardly used in modern language, but you can find 'ぬめる' used like this in old essays.
